Checkout Redesign - Case study
Any small design improvement in your checkout UX usually has a direct impact on how much money your site makes (revenue or ROI). In our case, we also wanted to improve checkout conversion, most importantly make it more accessible and with clear information. Our aim was to revamp our current mobile site to make it fit for PWA apps. We redesigned and rethink our checkout process from adding your items in the bag to get your order confirmation. Have a look at our case study below.

Prototype and flow

In our old flow, we have a very complicated flow for checkout. We used to put review first after selecting address and payment goes to the last step (without item info, price info details). We analyze this flow, looked up some e-commerce site and did a usability test. We find good results for this flow (on left).

We put review as last step so that user can focus on all details at one step.
